2. Services and Interface

Primevault.financial provides a web-based interface ("Interface") that facilitates interaction with the Morpho Protocol, a decentralized lending and borrowing protocol on the blockchain.

• Non-Custodial: We do not have custody, possession, or control of your digital assets at any time. You retain full control of your private keys and assets.
• No Relationship: We are an independent interface provider and are not the developers of the underlying Morpho Protocol smart contracts, nor do we control the protocol's operation.

3. Risk Disclosure

Using decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols involves significant risks. By using the Interface, you acknowledge and accept these risks, including but not limited to:

• Smart Contract Risk: Bugs or vulnerabilities in the Morpho Protocol or associated smart contracts could result in a total loss of funds.
• Market Risk: Digital asset prices are highly volatile.
• Regulatory Risk: Changes in regulations may impact your ability to use the services or the value of your assets.

4. No Financial Advice

The content displayed on the Interface, including data, charts, and vault information, is for informational purposes only. Nothing on this Interface constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should conduct your own research (DYOR) before making any investment decisions.

5. User Eligibility

You represent and warrant that you are not: (a) located in, organized in, or a resident of any country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions (including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, or the Crimea region); or (b) a person identified on any sanctions list maintained by the U.S. government, the UK, the EU, or the UN.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Primevault.financial shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Interface, including but not limited to loss of funds, data, or profits. The Interface is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.
